GENERAL
- Please ask us if you want to a special modification before you bid/buy.
- The buyer will be charged 20% restocking fee for any returned item unless it is a warranty issue.
- We reserve the right to repair or replace the same item or refund the purchase at our discretion
- All Items must be returned with all original contents and components with prior authorization.
- Return shipping shall be the responsibility of the buyer. We pay the shipping to send the replacement back.

PAYMENTS
- We accept PayPal and only ship to a confirmed address.
- We accept E-Check through PayPal, Will ship after checks clear.


SHIPPING
- All orders are processed within 24 hrs of receipt of payment. Will be shipped within 1-3 business days.
- The tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail when items are shipped.

RETURN & REFUND
- Any problem has to be reported within seven days of receiving.
- No refund on shipping charges.
- We will accept returns for items that were posted with incorrect information and/or wrong item shipped.
- The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs with insurance.
- RMA is required for all returns; please email us with any problems.
- All sales are final (SOLD AS-IS: NO exchange or returns).
- Any item returned for warranty must be returned in the same condition that it was received.
