4. How to make Anatolian Coffee?
Measure the drinking water with a cup and put it in the pot. Add 3 teaspoons of coffee for each cup, and sugar as desired. Over low heat, stir the coffee and sugar well. After a while, pour the swelling foam into the cups. Then, cook the remaining coffee a little more and distribute it to the cups.
